Wicked Wizardry

Well, October 1 is always the last day.

My son started planning his Halloween costume back in January, when the New Year bells had barely stopped ringing. He’s planned a cat, a pirate, a robot, a vampire robot, a car, and countless other costumes I’ve long since forgotten.

But all those ideas have to gel into one solid plan on October 1. That’s our Halloween-costume-choice-drop-dead-date. After October 1, there’re no changes allowed. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have time to actually have the costume done.

My son has been a farmer with a cardboard box tractor, an engineer with a rolling cardboard train, and a ghost.

This year, he will be…Can you figure it out?
